RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Our team will review your request and provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

⚠️ Important:
Please do not send any items back without prior approval. Returns sent without authorisation may not be accepted.


4. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We do not offer free returns
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

5. CANCELLATIONS

Due to our fast and automated processing system:

  • Orders are processed shortly after being placed
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

If your order is already in transit, you may return it after delivery.


6. YOUR RIGHT TO WITHDRAW (UK CUSTOMERS)

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
